Evaluation Question 3
Evaluation Question 4
"Who would be the audience for your media product?"
This is a stop frame animation of our Target Audience for our film opening, this the reasons why we chose these attributes of our target audience:
Rating - As our film is rated 12 this means that our film is open to a wide range of people as it doesn't limit who can watch it in the same way as a 15 or 18 would. This is also why our target audience is 16 - 30 as it being a 12 shows it is clearly a more family and young orientated film
16 - 30 year olds - It is a family comedy, Scarlett is 17, age range of mothers
Western - The film relates to western family stereotypes
Female/ Couples/ Families - There are two female characters so they will relate the best to it, it is also a family comedy
Middle Class - They have more access to the stereotypes we portray, this genre usually attracts the middle class
Office based job - Fits with middle class, regular working hours (9-5) so has time to watch it, it is a form of escapism for the audience
Fave film - Similar family comedy to ours, slightly dark humor (relates to the thriller aspects)
Fave music - Sociable and mainstream, like the comedy genre
Fave TV show - Thriller and comedy mixture like ours and includes the family aspects too
